Digital = Cultural Transformation
Disruption is happening everywhere. It’s driven by new competitors, new ideas, and new technologies that are making it more important for companies to transform their business to utilise digital in a way that benefits the customers. This is not a technological shift, but a cultural one.
Are you leaving innovation to your competitors? That may have worked well in the past, but in today’s cut-throat climate, every business needs a culture of innovation. In this presentation, we’ll address how to build a culture of innovation, and how to implement innovative strategies for the whole organisation.
Tear Down the Wall
Collaboration doesn’t happen by chance. True collaboration comes about when people know each other, understand each other, and respect each other. It requires both trust and multi-discipline involvement to work. So how do you organise that in a way that doesn’t get in the way of your ongoing business? This practical session will point you in the right direction.
Customer Centricity, Now!
If you’re in business, you’re in the business of having customers. There is nothing more important than your customers, yet very few companies treat their customers accordingly. Every single customer interaction – from marketing, websites, store visits, customer service calls and visits, to social media and word of mouth – is a chance to either win a customer, keep a customer or lose a customer.
